Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Remitran application and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Remitran provides a mobile payment platform that enables users to make cross-border payments between India and Thailand using India's UPI (Unified Payments Interface) system and Thailand's PromptPay QR code system. Our Services include: • Cross-border money transfers • QR code scanning and payment processing • Currency conversion at competitive rates • Transaction history and management • Customer support services

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

When using Remitran for payments: • All transactions are subject to applicable exchange rates at the time of transaction • Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly displayed before you confirm a payment • Payments are processed in real-time, subject to network availability • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available • Refunds and cancellations are subject to our refund policy We use bank-grade encryption to protect all payment information and transactions.

You agree not to: • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws • Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing • Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions • Use automated systems or bots to access the Services • Impersonate another person or entity • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Remitran or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remitran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from: • Your use or inability to use the Services • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data • Any third-party conduct on the Services • Any other matter relating to the Services Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remitran and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to: • Your use of the Services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of another party • Any content you submit or transmit through the Services

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
